FITNESS PILATES – REFINE & RECHARGE

Fitness Pilates is a group exercise class that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain. By applying the fundamental Pilates technique and exercises.

The class starts standing and then we make our way to the floor.

Aims of the class:

Increase muscular balance and strength.

Improve clients posture.

Facilitate the clients’ ability to optimally function occupationally and recreationally.

Improve core strength.

Improve mental cognition.

Suitable for any level of fitness as the exercises can be adapted to your level. Also a great class to add on to your exercise repertoire.

Great for those who don’t want high impact exercise!
