Established in 1983, the Nautilus Gym on Peel Road in Douglas is one of the longest established gyms on the island.
The gym has recently changed hands and is under new ownership with effect from April 1st 2026. The new owners are a mother and son team, Sharon and Dale Christian, who are both qualified personal trainers and also run 2 fitness/training facilities based on the Hills Meadow Industrial Estate also on Peel Road in Douglas.
Following on from recent refurbishment by the previous owners there are plans to further improve the gym and it’s facilities.
