Designed for women to rebuild strength in the core and pelvic floor using standing and floor exercises to increase overall strength and reduce symptoms of core and pelvic floor pain and dysfunction.
This will also help reduce lower back pain and strengthen the surrounding muscle groups, lower abdominals, internal and external obliques, gluteal muscles and those areas surrounding the hip joints which can become quite tight and painful, impacting on the core and pelvic floor.
