Total Body sculpting or core conditioning is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, usually focused on core strength. Most sculpting classes use weight bars, exercise bands, dumbbells, or a combination of all. You perform traditional weight-training moves in a class setting.

Our bootcamps include a variety of workouts that change each session to keep you on your toes. We do different types of exercises which include weights, HIIT (with or without a step), core work, kettlebells and so much more.

Step (with Nikki)

A “step” is a raised platform that you step on, around and down in different patterns. The idea of this class is to get you moving, improve your cardio fitness and coordination. A step class is easier on the joints than other cardio exercises like running and it’s fun too!

Pure Core Abs (with Keisha)

A low impact but high intensity style of class. It focuses on slow and controlled movements aimed to strengthen, tone and sculpt your core. This 30 minute class will have you feeling stronger in everyday activities each week.

Circuits / HIIT (with Shaun)

Functional approach to all components of fitness. High-intensity circuit training (HICT) involves combining both cardio and resistance training in the same workout. It alternates upper and lower body moves as well as high-intensity and lower-intensity exercises. The idea is a challenging, total body routine that promises a good workout.

Circuit training is well known to increase strength and fitness. This class you will be kept busy with a mix of muscle building exercise and cardio. The idea is to keep the heart rate up and the body moving, giving every muscle group an aerobic workout that'll give fast results.  Suitable for all fitness levels.
