Ashley’s goal is to make yoga accessible to as many people as possible as she believes yoga is for everyone.

4 Week Sunday block

Week 1 (3 May) : Intro and Hatha

Week 2 (10 May) : Vinyasa and pranayama (breath)

Week 3 (17 May) : Twists and balances

Week 4 (24 May): Backbends, inversions
