A class focusing on mobility, flexibility, strength and low impact cardio. We’ll move from upper to lower body then to core in this full body workout.
A mix of exercises performed at different speeds moving through the bigger muscle groups and then using exercises to target the smaller muscle groups for an effective and challenging workout.
This class is a great place to start if you’re new to exercise or maybe a midlife woman looking to start or are getting back into exercise.
