The 60-minute class consists of:
- Release, realignment & mobilisation strategies that help any ‘stuck’, tight muscles & joints from all that bending, lifting, carrying, twisting we all do when looking after children.
- A functional movement mat-based class focused on rehabilitation exercises to help you heal, recover & build strength after having a baby
- This is a slower based, lower impact class to focus on getting you stronger to return to more intense exercise in the future
- Cool down to help your muscles regain optimal length after exercise.
- Mindfulness of correct posture, pelvic floor, core & breathing strategies throughout the whole session.
- My support and guidance via a Private WhatsApp group where we all keep in touch between class
