Circuit training is well known to increase strength and fitness. This class you will be kept busy with a mix of muscle building exercise and cardio.

The idea is to keep the heart rate up and the body moving, giving every muscle group an aerobic workout that’ll give fast results.  Suitable for all fitness levels.
