Fitness Pilates – Bands & Balls

Our Fitness Pilates: Bands & Balls class is designed to strengthen, tone and improve joint stability using a variety of resistance bands and a Pilates ball.
This session focuses on controlled, end-of-range movements to safely challenge your muscles and joints, helping to:

Improve core strength

Increase flexibility and mobility

Strengthen stabilising muscles

Enhance posture and balance

Support joint health
Expect a low-impact but highly effective workout that leaves you feeling longer, stronger and more aligned. Suitable for all levels, with options provided throughout.
