A low impact class fusing together low impact aerobics with muscle strengthening exercises using lighter weights, bands and a step.
Week 1 – Aerofusion with smaller dumbbells
Week 2 – Aerofusion using long bands and loop bands
Week 3 – Aerofusion using the step
Adding cardio exercise and weights to your exercise regime is essential at any age but more so as you get older as you will reap the benefits as you age.
Also exercising with a lovely group of like minded individuals helps with those social interactions to be able to connect and make new friendships
