Specific low impact programmes taught in a 60 minute class alongside Menopause topics. Your typical class would be 35 minutes of exercise followed by 25 minutes of “Menopausal Chat”
Class programme includes: Flex, WalkFit, BrainFit, Fitness Pilates, Stretch & Flex and many more…..
We include small weights and strength bands within these programmes, which are essential to help us maintain muscle mass.
Menopausal Chat includes: Signs & Symptoms, Sleep Deprivation, Diet & Nutrition, Hot Flushes, Night Sweats, HRT, Exercise & Lifestyle, Stress incontinence & Urinary Tract Infections, Stress & Depression & Pelvis Floor Health.
